The Fantasy of Lights Parade has been Howell’s official holiday season kick-off for over 40 years, and it continues to be one of Livingston County’s most beloved family events. Hosted by the Howell Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation, this dazzling evening combines glowing floats, marching bands, community spirit, and of course, Santa himself.

A Personal Tradition
For many years, I had the joy of helping my Girl Scout troop build floats for the Fantasy of Lights Parade. From brainstorming themes to decorating with twinkling lights, it was a true community effort that taught the girls teamwork and creativity.
