SATURDAY, OCTOBER 12

Chilson Hills Church Trunk or Treat 4440 Brighton Rd., Howell

Saturday, Oct. 12 6:30-8 p.m.

Families are invited to bring goodies such as candy or small trinkets and park cars with trunks opened and decorated. Costumes encouraged. The event also includes a bonfire with cider, hot dogs, chips and ice cream. FREE

Hamburg Fitness Trunk or Treat 8540 Hamburg Rd., Brighton

Saturday, Oct. 12 12:30 p.m.

Bring your little monsters out for some candy, costumes, and creative trunk decorations!  Each car will be transformed into a Halloween wonderland, with plenty of treats and tricks waiting at every stop.

This event is open to the public and meant for all ages! The Howell ABA Center is going to be a Barbie Dreamhouse for the night, full of costumes, indoor trick-or-treating, music and games.

Visit Cromaine Library for a family-friendly afternoon of fun! Come dressed in costume and move at your own pace throughout the library to enjoy spooktacular crafts, activities, and more. All ages. Drop-in.

Legend of Sleepy Howell Downtown Howell

Saturday, Oct. 19  3:30-5:30 p.m.

Dress up as your favorite Saturday morning cartoon character and enjoy an enormous outdoor trick or treating event with fall-themed activities, including crafts, games, food, vendors, inflatables and more. FREE.

Livingston Symphony Orchestra presents Dare to Enter the Auditorium

Rod Bushey Performing Arts Center, Howell High School – 1200 W. Grand River Ave, Howell

Saturday, Oct. 19  3:30 p.m.

Dress up and bring the whole family for a spooky concert by the Livingston Symphony Orchestra. Tickets are available at the door or online at: https://www.lso.org/tickets. Adults $15, students & seniors $10, children 12 and under are free. Cash, check, or charge.

Trunk or Treat at Fawcett Farms 6909 N. Latson Rd., Howell

Sunday, Oct. 20  2-4 p.m.

Don your best Halloween costume and join Fawcett Farms at the farm for Trunk or Treat. Grab a meal from All City Dogs Food Truck and enjoy face painting, candy for the little ones, touch-a-truck with Hartland Deerfield Fire Department, and more! Plus, enjoy the beautiful pumpkin patch and shop for squash, corn stalks, straw bales, and more. FREE.

Pumpkins in the Park

Downtown Pinckney

Join the M36 Rotary club and help us carve pumpkins for our Spooktacular display! Bring your own pumpkin to carve or purchase one from our stash. We’ll have carving kits to share. You may also drop off already carved pumpkins at the display starting October 23rd – October 26th

Livingston County Public Safety Trunk or Treat 150 S. Highlander Way, Howell

Friday, Oct. 25 |6-8 p.m.

Visit the Livingston County Sherriff’s Office for a fun and festive trunk-or-treat with emergency vehicles. FREE.

Halloween at Brighton’s Farmers Market 200 N. First St., Brighton

Saturday, Oct. 26  8 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Trick-or-Treat with SELCRA at the Brighton Farmers Market! Face painting from11 a.m. – 1 p.m., and a cookie contest ($5 per entry), otherwise FREE.

Howl-O-Ween at Howell Nature Center Howell Nature Center, 1005 Triangle Lake Rd., Howell

Saturday-Sunday, Oct. 26-27 3-5 p.m. and 5-7 p.m.

Kids can trick-or-treat and enjoy cider, donuts, activities and more. Cost is $7 per adult and $12 per child for members; $10 per adult and $15 per child for general admission; and children two and under enter free. Registration is required.

Trunk or Treat is a free, family-friendly event, and all are welcome! Festivities will include: a petting farm, indoor games, prizes, Brighton fire truck, free donuts, cider, and more! Also, available for purchase: pizza, water, and warming refreshments from the Good Sense Coffee Company truck. Of course, we will also have beautifully decorated trunks with candy for everyone! This event will take place rain or shine. No scary costumes, please.


SUNDAY, OCTOBER 27

Northridge Church Trunk or Treat 7555 Brighton Rd., Brighton

Sunday, Oct. 27 12:30 p.m. – 3 p.m.

For the event, adults decorate the back of their cars for Halloween, load up on candy, and sit in a parking lot while kids “trick-or-treat” from car to car dressed in Halloween costumes for treats. The adults get to socialize and be creative while seeing all the cute and crazy costumes. And adults… don’t be afraid to wear your costumes too! FREE.
