Fitness and Exercise does not always happen IN a gym. We live in an amazing community with parks and trails to get out and get active, but when you are looking for some added strength training in the summer where do you go?
Macaroni Kid discovered an alternative to the gym where you can work our AND be outside. Manly Bennett Park in Hamburg brings the gym outdoors.
Located at 10405 Merrill Road, it is perfect for adults (or kids over the age of 14) to get in a workout and head out on the trail for a walk or run.
There is a variety of equipment for you to train you legs, arms, back and more.
Walking the trail with kids and want to fit in some strength training? There is a playground on site where parents can see the kids from most of the equipment in the workout zone.
