SPOTLIGHT: Fowlerville's Centennial Park

Something for everyone, even a StoryWalk reading trail!

By Macaroni Kid Livingston May 24, 2024

This week we head to Fowlerville to highlight a great park in the community. Centennial Park is located at 230 N. Grand Street in Fowlerville.

This park is ideal for families who have kids of all ages. Little ones will LOVE the park, tweens can scooter or bike around the trail and teens can enjoy basketball. The trail males it easy for moms to walk or push strollers while watching their kids play.

This park is also home to one of Great Start Livingston's StoryWalk. A StoryWalk is a movement and literacy boosting project that places an illustrated children’s book, taken apart and displayed page by page, along a walking route in your community.

And, as a parent of 4 who has spent many a summer day travelling between parks and playgrounds only to discover there was no bathroom, I am pleased to say this park has a great bathroom facility.
