We love all the great options to get out and have fun in Livingston County.
One of our favorite places is in Pinckney's Hamburg Township.
Manly Bennett Park (East) is located on Merrill Road, north of M-36. It is home to a newly renovated playground, covered pavilions, baseball fields and more.
For our visit we focused on the new playground. Unveiled last year, the playground has new equipment with motion and movement. From the little sit-upons to spin on to the cone shaped spinner it was fun to move and be active.
There is a large, seated piece of equipment that allows several kiddos (and adults too!) to rock.
The highlight for little ones is the new music maker additional to the playground. Tap, bang and pound out a beat, while enjoying some shade.
This playground has ample parking and seating. I love that they integrated new picnic tables and benches right around the playground equipment, allowing families to be seated close to the play area.
