Bounce Summer Camps
This summer beat the heat and have your child burn some energy, while gaining confidence through exploring their inner gymnast. Your preschooler will enjoy a summer gymnastics program under the supervision of trained coaches.
Each week we focus on a different theme and will have several rotations throughout the morning where campers can participate in different activities, crafts and more. The kids will work on strength, flexibility, hand-eye coordination and balance. They will explore tumbling, as well as jumping on the trampolines, balancing on the beams, swing from the rings and running obstacle courses.

Bounce Preschool Summer Academy
Bounce Preschool Academy is a comprehensive academic preschool program, licensed by the State of Michigan, that combines caring and dedicated certified teachers with a unique state of the art 30,000 square foot facility to help your child develop all age appropriate academic skills, social skills, body awareness, and fitness fundamentals.
Classes will get the use of our specialized preschool rooms and gymnastics facility. This expansive space provides a fun and educational environment conducive to young children and unlike no other. At Bounce Preschool Academy children engage in an all encompassing learning environment. Using a variety of activities, children will explore language arts, mathematics, science, social and physical skills. We work to encourage and develop these skills and independent thinking.
Bounce Preschool Academy will provide your preschooler with the tools, supplies and equipment needed for academic success. Since preschoolers learn through play, at Bounce Preschool Academy we utilize a variety of fun but educational ways to teach your preschoolers the fundamentals that will prepare them for Kindergarten. This includes imaginative play, gross motor and gymnastics activities while utilizing our unique equipment and more while teaching the important fundamental skills for lifelong learning. Teachers support each individual child and set up activities that are child centered while promoting independence, self-discovery, and socialization. Every week we will focus on content areas (math, language and literacy, fine/gross motor, music, etc.) that will carry throughout the school year. During small group time the teachers will model concepts and then give your preschooler the chance to explore, discover, and learn as they try for themselves with the support and encouragement of a teacher.

Maple Tree Montessori
Maple Tree Montessori Academy is happy to present high quality Summer Camp Programs for 2021 Each camp offers a full 3-hour Montessori classroom session every day, and can be followed by an afternoon of fun and enrichment activities. You can choose the sessions you would like and the length of time your child will attend varying from full days, half days or just our optional enrichment classes in the afternoons.

Summer Morning Class
Montessori Class times for Summer Camp will be from 8:30 am to 11:30 am Monday thru Friday. This will be a full Montessori class including Practical Life, Math, Reading, Sensorial, Science and Cultural Studies. Each session will be focused to incorporate a Biome Study including all the aspects of a Biome and how they interrelate.
Extended Day – Class & Camp
Children may stay for lunch and outdoor play until 1:00, allowing for increased socialization and outdoor experiences.
Full Day Campers
Campers will then have story time (a chapter book for older children) or an opportunity to rest or nap (younger children). We will have water play, gardening and exploring outside and then a quiet inside “work time” including snack, peacefully winding down our day into a closing story time. Choose any hours 7:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Our summer program is a wonderful balance of intellectual stimulation, physical activity, creative expression, and just plain fun! We will be developing concentration coordination and social skills in an exciting and rich environment designed to enhance and encourage your child’s development on many levels. Our summer camp is located at the Hamburg Fitness Center and integrates the best of a traditional day camp with the benefits of an indoor gym and pool. We provide the perfect setting for your school-age children ages 5 – 14.
Our summer camp is amazing!
Imagine a camp surrounded by 70 acres of woods, 2 lakes, trails and plenty of room to explore! Our camper’s days are jam packed with activities: exploring nature, swimming at our beach or indoor pool, canoeing, playing volleyball, basketball and archery to name a few! There is never a dull moment with so much fun and nature around us.

Staff & Safety
At Hamburg Fitness Center & Camp, we have always prioritized the health and safety of the children in our care. With the spread of COVID-19, new health and safety protocols are essential to ensure children, families, and employees are as safe as possible. All our Hamburg Fitness and camp staff will be following new safety protocols.
Our staff all complete a training program, CPR certification and background checks to ensure the safety of your children. Our lifeguards are Red Cross and CPR certified. Our counselors are motivated, enthusiastic, patient, energetic and enjoy working with children.

Camp Wonder
Howell Nature Center
Camp Wonder at Howell Nature Center offers Day, Overnight, and Excursion Camps to children entering kindergarten through 12th grade. With the goal of providing a fun, adventurous, and enriching summer camp experience, Camp Wonder programs also teach children to be faithful caretakers of one another and the natural world around them!
Day Campers engage in exciting activities such as archery, arts & crafts, gaga Ball, zip line, canoeing, kayaking, high ropes challenge course, live animal presentations, pond study, swimming, fishing, capture the flag, and more. Day camp is offered as two-, three-, and five-day options. Specialty Day Camps, which blend classic camp with specialized activities focused on fishing, wildlife, or survival skills (just to name a few!), are offered as five-day options.
Overnight campers enjoy the same classic activities, and take part in extra fun in the evenings with campfires and additional games. Overnight camp is the perfect place to gain independence and build relationships in a safe and supportive environment.
Excursion camps provide an exciting opportunity for teens to challenge themselves in a wilderness setting. Excursion campers will arrive at awesome destinations and may spend their time kayaking, biking, backpacking, cooking food over fire, or even learning from real zookeepers!
At the Howell Nature Center, we believe kids should be able to unplug, get outside, and grow as individuals this summer. Whether your child wants to make new friends, learn a new skill, expand on their passion for nature and animals, or just have fun outside, Camp Wonder offers a program that is just right for them!
