Join the Fitness Challenge At Bounce

For health and well-being, Bounce is offering monthly fitness challenges coached by Coach Abby.  There is a private Facebook Group for participants to interact, gain motivation, provide support and hold one another accountable.  In addition, members will share recipes, workouts and tips.  January’s kicked off with the squat/mile challenge.  Every single day in January, there has been a squat workout and participants will walk, run, bike, jump, or dance at least one mile.  Upon completion of the challenge, the participants will share their success with the group.  This group is open to everyone and anyone can join at any time.  February's challenge will be announced soon.
