Sky Zone – What is This Mystery Place?

February 1, 2016

The first time I heard of Sky Zone a friend mentioned she is bringing her family to this giant trampoline place in Canton.  “It’s the size of a gym but wall to wall with trampolines.  Last time I went I got the best workout and the kids had a blast,” she explained.   A few months later my neighbor said she is taking her kids up to Sky Zone, which is an indoor trampoline park that just opened in Brighton.  Then this past fall my son was invited to a birthday party at Sky Zone and he came home beaming it was the best party ever.

As a mom seeking fun things to do with the children, and publisher of this great newsletter, it was time to go on a mission and explore this facility for myself.  With my three children at tow, we went inside this enormous facility full of trampolines.  There were different areas, some just for jumping, others for playing (there is sports area with basketball hoops called the Sky Slam) and an area specifically for birthday parties.

As a first time Sky Zoner, I learned quickly you need to reserve your Jump Time in advance.  This is pretty easy just by going to skyzone.com and choosing “Buy Tickets Now”.  Also to save time, it is best to fill out a waiver in advance and bring it with you.  Last but not least, be prepared to purchase Sky Socks the first time to you visit, but you can keep them and wear at subsequent trips.  A quick tip, be sure to check out their promotions page, which you can find here.

At Sky Zone they offer fitness classes for adults, open jump times, toddler classes, and a family friendly jump program called Jumpalooza.  To see all the programs for yourself be sure to check out their website here.  Also check the Mac Kid calendar for a listing of all the family friendly dates for Skyzone.
